Progress barometer of EU structural assistance to Lithuania for year 2007 to 2013
This is the daily updated barometer showing the progress of EU structural assistance to Lithuania. This data search engine enables visitors of our website to track accurate financial information on the means requested by the beneficiaries, allocated and paid out to them.

- How to use the EU Barometer?
EU Barometer is updated daily. The data flow is generated directly from the Structural Funds Monitoring Information System (SFMIS).
By using the filter table on the right of the Barometer You can form a unique filter consisting of an operational programme, a priority, a certain measure and a managing institution.
After You have formed a desired data filter and pushed the button „Report“ a result of the search filter You have formed will appear in the table given below. If the filter (on the right) is not set the Barometer will show the general information about the allocation of EU structural assistance in Lithuania, i.e. all the operational programmes summed up.
The Barometer can be used to track data from the whole cycle of EU assistance – from the means planned and applications given to the means given to the projects implemented.

Allocations for 2007–2013 – the funds allocated for Operational Programmes for Lithuania for the year 2007 to 2013 (including EU and LT funding).
Amount of funds requested – the funds requested according to the applications recieved (including EU and LT funding).
Value of the contracts signed – projects expenditures summed up according to the approved contracts of project financing (including EU, LT and beneficiarie‘s funding).
Funds allocated in the contracts signed– projects expenditures summed up according to the EU and LT funding noted in the approved contracts of projects financing
Funds paid out to the projects – funds paid out to the beneficiaries and contractors (service and commodity providers) and recognised as eligible to declare to the European Commision (including EU and LT funding).
EC certified eligible expenditures – funds paid out to the beneficiaries and contractors (service and commodity providers) expenditures of the beneficiaries (including EU and LT funding) that were approved by the managing institutions and alleged as eligible.
