All information and public awareness measures undertaken to inform about or promote the assistance of EU Structural Funds must use the logos of SPD and EU. The requirements regarding the colours, proportions and layout of the logos as set forth in the Rules on informing about the assistance of the EU Structural Funds under the Single Programming Document of Lithuania for 2004-2006 and on the promotion of the provided assistance, which have been approved by the Order No. 1K-233 of the Minister of Finance of 17 June 2004 (Official Gazette Žinios, 2004, 98-3650; 2005, No.186-6935; 2006, No.47-1684), shall be conformed with when producing such logos .
